Chief Technical Trainer
Responsibilities :
Identify training needs across all staff engaged in the after-sales operation
Plan, organize and implement ideal training programs that delivers business KPIs
Ensure compliance to manufacturers’ Training KPIs related to After-Sales staff
Participate in Train-The-Trainer programs and cascade learnings & skills
Carryout assessments to monitor employees’ performance against job roles and ensure appropriate measures are in place for improvement
Innovate and inspire with programs and activities that enhances deliverables in After-Sales operations
Qualifications:-
Diploma in Automotive Engineering / Technology
Minimum of 3 years work as a technician in a dealership
Experience as an Automotive Technical Trainer/ Instructor for 2 years or more
Ability to demonstrate vehicle systems diagnostics and repair procedures
Excellent communication skills in English
