Hotel Back Office Reservation Staff
As Hotel Back Office Reservation Staff you will be responsible for ensuring the back operation of bulk reservations, revenue management, and support services are performed efficiently, accurately, and effectively. In order to perform this role you must have excellent knowledge of the guest reservation system.
Key Responsibilities
Manage bulk reservations through the OPERA hotel reservation system
Provide the best and most prompt support to the front desk staff
Provide necessary information to the management and relevant parties.
Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special client needs
Desired Skills
At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field;
Experience in OPERA - Hotel Reservation system
Excellent knowledge in Ms office
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
Hotel Front Desk Staff
As Hotel Front Desk Staff you will be responsible for ensuring the front operation is efficient, accurate, and friendly manner. In order to perform this role you must have excellent knowledge of the guest reservation system.
Key Responsibilities
Manage reservations through the OPERA hotel reservation system
Welcome guests, check them in, distribute room keys and explain the hotel’s amenities
Take payment from customers
Respond to guests’ issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner
Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special client needs
Arrange specialized services for VIP customers
Desired Skills
At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field;
Experience in OPERA - Hotel Reservation system
Excellent communication
Must be effective at listening to understand and clarify the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests.
Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
