URGENT HIRING!
We are looking for qualified candidates for WAITRESS (QATAR based applicants ONLY) with proven work experience in Fine Dining Restaurants, with valid Food Handling Certificate, holding a valid Qatar ID and able to provide NOC to join immediately our Restaurants located in Doha, Qatar.
Summary: The Waitress will take orders and ensure to serve high quality food and beverages to the customers in our restaurant. She will also prepare the bills once requested by the customers. She must have a strong knowledge of customer service and able to anticipate the needs of customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Functions:
Your duties will consist of but will not be limited to:
· Providing excellent wait service, greeting the customers and escort them to their tables.
· Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).
· Inform customers about the day’s specials and up-sell additional products when appropriate.
· Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff.
· Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses and maintain a tidy dining area.
· Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.
· Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
· Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning.
· Check that customers are satisfied with their meal.
· Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. events or parties).
· Follow all relevant health department regulations.
· Provide excellent customer service to customers.
