Position: HR REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Qatar
Responsibilities:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Science.
· Master’s degree in Human Resources is an advantage.
· Minimum 5 years of work experience in an HR Operations role is important.
· Support the recruitment process, administer assessments, manage onboarding process, new hire announcements, orientation, life cycle management and exit process.
· Provide first line of HR operational support to employees and managers on HR issues, including answering questions, researching, and resolving issues, and processing related paperwork.
· Responsible for employee services like Leave & Exit Management, Employment Letters, Benefits Administration (Accident / Life / Medical Insurance, Car Lease, Ticketing etc.,) & HR Information System management.
· Participate in projects such as newsletters, programs and events, meetings, employee events, etc.,
· Resolve employee relations issues and ensure proper and complete documentation of employee complaints, conflict resolution / mediation and investigations.
· Ensure compliance with country specific employment regulations and guidelines. Manage ISO & Quality Management System.
· Assist in the development of HR policies to satisfy legal requirements, cost containments, and work environments.
· May assume subject matter expert role on specific HR task or function and act as lead and representative.
· Conduct presentations and facilitate training on HR related topics at departmental meetings, town hall meetings and other forums.
· Manage preferred Supplier Lists of vendors and review the performance of vendors.
