Description
1. Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
2. Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
3. Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions
4. Produce error-free accounting reports and presents their results
5. Support month-end and year-end close process
6. Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel
7. Assist in managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
8. Assist in developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
9. Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
10. Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
11. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
12. Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.
13. Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
14. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records of all current, potential and past employees
15. Update internal databases with new hire information
16. Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
17. Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
18. Publish and remove job ads
19. Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
20. Develop training and onboarding material
21. Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
22. Organize and maintain personnel records
23. Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
24. Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
25. Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.).
26. Communicating with recruiters and other external parties.
27. Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
28. Coordinate the interviewing, screening, recruitment, and appointment of fresh staff as at when necessary
29. Prepare job descriptions before job advert placement is made both for internal and external recruitment
30. Take minutes in staff meetings
31. Sort applicants’ resume to select the most qualified candidates for jobs being offered.
32. Processing leavers, including preparing relevant documentation and updating systems accordingly
33. Producing reports and summaries of activity, as requested by the Managers
34. Ensuring that the end to end HR process supports a positive candidate experience at all times
